Selma Swap Meet 2010
The Selma Swap Meet is an annual auto event and we were
asked to bring the tractor for a personal appearance.
A lot of people attended from all over the Valley and
it was our first opportunity to show off our latest sponsor:
Trimble Navigation Systems.
Bishop 2009
Rob drove at this pull and came in 3rd place. Rob was disappointed
with the run so he's making tweaks again to get more power.
State Fair 2009
This was the first time we participated in a pull at the state
fair and we had a great time! Greg drove at this pull and placed 3rd.
Santa Rosa 2009
Rob got to drive on this pull because Greg was working.

Rob drove at this pull because Greg had to work.

West Coast Nationals
Tulare Pull 2009
Greg placed 1st the second night and fourth the first night for an overall
placing of 2nd place in the West Coast Nationals Series.
Napa Valley
Calistoga Pull 2008
Greg could not attend this pull so Rob drove Mad Cow and got 1st place!
Rob pulled first in his class and went 155 feet. The first person
in each class has the choice to pull again after everyone has pulled.
Rob chose to pull again and went 221 feet earning a 1st place!
Cal Poly Pull 2008
We placed 3rd and missed first place by only six inches!!
We fixed our problems from West Coast Nationals
and ran really well in Cal Poly.

Power Pulling Series 2008
Santa Maria Pull ~ 2nd place
At our first pull in Santa Maria, we ran on a very dry track. Out of 11 entries we pulled last which gave us time to read the track and
Greg did a fantastic job and got 2nd place. We ran 218 feet and lost first to the "Agent" when he repulled at 232 feet. He was able to repull because
he pulled first in the class he had the option to repull.
Tulare Pull
Tuesday Night
A half an hour before we got ready to pull we found starter bolts were loose and one was stripped. So we tried to temporarily tighten the starter
enough to run. As the sled pulled back to the start line for us to hook up to, we tried to start the motor but the starter fell out. So we were done for
the evening. :( Oops
Wednesday Night ~ 2nd place
Our project today was to fix the starter. Out of 11 entries we pulled 9th which gave us some extra time to work on the tractor. After two runs to the
hardware store and one run to the parts house we finally got the starter to hold for the night about a half an hour after the pull had started. We got to
the staging area with puller 6 on the track which gave Greg some time to mentally prepare. When it was our turn at the startline, Mad Cow powered it's way
down the track to win a 2nd place for the night. With a big sigh of relief the team was pleased with the finish.

Bishop Pull 2007
Mad Cow placed 2nd with a pull of 246.5 feet!
Greg could not attend this pull because he had water running
on his corn so Rob, Allen and Terri attended the pull.
Rob drove Mad Cow for the first time!
After being the 5th to pull in a class of 6 Mad Cow was in first place.
Unfortunately The Agent (the tractor that always beats us) pulled 248.
We had a great run and are proud of our 2nd place.
We will be working hard this winter to make our tractor better
and come out in first place next year!
Hanford Pull 2007
Mad Cow placed 2nd with a pull of 293 feet!
Interesting Fact: Mad Cow's motor has 650 horsepower
and the first place winner that has beat Mad Cow the last couple of
pulls has an 800 horsepower motor. Instead of getting a bigger
motor Mad Cow focuses on gearing and their transmission
and compete just as well without the larger motor.
Dixon Pull 2007
Mad Cow placed 2nd the first night in a class of 5 pullers
The second night Mad Cow placed 3rd missing 2nd place by 1 foot!
The class included 6 pullers
Ventura Pull 2007
Mad Cow made a FULL PULL
Another tractor in their class also made a full pull so both pulled again and Mad Cow won by 50 feet earning them
1st place!
